You may use your own account to study, attempt available tests, review your results, download expressly permitted personal records, and contact support. Paid content is licensed only to the enrolled student for personal, non-commercial preparation during the access period.

Do not reproduce, photograph for distribution, screen-record, republish, sell, exchange, upload, transmit, translate for distribution, or create a competing question bank from Mathav content. Do not remove watermarks or use questions, explanations, or solutions to train or evaluate another commercial system without written permission.

• Do not share, rent, sell, or transfer an account.
• Do not use another student’s account or impersonate another person.
• Do not bypass simultaneous-session controls, payment checks, test timers, attempt limits, or entitlement checks.
• Do not submit false payment, identity, refund, or grievance information.

Do not scrape, crawl, automate question retrieval, probe for private data, upload malicious content, interfere with availability, defeat rate limits, reverse engineer protected delivery, exploit a vulnerability, or access an endpoint or record without authorization. Automated accessibility tools used by the enrolled student for legitimate access are allowed where they do not extract or redistribute content.

Do not use classroom or support channels for harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, illegal activity, academic impersonation, or distribution of infringing material. Criticism, genuine complaints, refund requests, and good-faith security reports are permitted and will not be treated as misuse merely because they are unfavorable.

If you discover a possible security weakness, stop testing once enough information has been collected to explain it, do not access other students’ information or paid content, and report it through the security contact. Do not publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability before Mathav has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Protective action may include request throttling, session termination, password reset, re-verification, temporary restriction, removal of improperly shared material, or account suspension. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to permanent termination and lawful recovery action. Refund eligibility after enforcement is determined by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Automated signals such as unusual request volume are evidence for review, not conclusive proof by themselves. Unless immediate action is necessary to protect students, payments, or content, Mathav will provide a reason and a way to appeal through the grievance channel.
