Mathav is a mathematics preparation initiative founded and taught by Hemant Sharma. It provides classroom preparation and is developing an online student portal and test series. Offline classes are currently conducted at Tungal School of Basic & Applied Sciences, Jamkhandi, Karnataka. Mathav is independent and is not affiliated with IIT JAM, GATE, NBHM, any IIT, NIT, university, examination authority, or payment provider unless expressly stated.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the portal, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you are not legally able to agree independently, a parent or lawful guardian must review and approve your registration and payment.

• Provide accurate registration and contact information.
• Keep your password, verification links, OTPs, and device access private.
• Do not sell, share, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
• Notify Mathav promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you reported compromise without unreasonable delay.

The plan description shown at purchase controls the included papers, access period, price, and applicable taxes. Reasonable corrections, syllabus updates, rescheduling, and quality improvements may be made without materially reducing a paid plan. Practice scores, study-agent signals, and recommendations are learning aids—not official ranks, admissions advice, or guarantees of examination results.

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider; Mathav does not receive your UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password, or OTP. A coupon has no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly allowed, and may have plan, time, or redemption limits. Access activates only after server-side confirmation of a captured payment.

Refund eligibility, request deadlines, exceptions, processing, and access withdrawal are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A completed refund, chargeback, or reversed payment may immediately end the related entitlement.

Mathav grants the enrolled student a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the purchased material during the stated access period. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Mathav or the relevant rights holder. The licence does not permit copying, recording, publishing, reselling, scraping, training another service on the content, or distributing questions, solutions, videos, notes, or credentials.

The Acceptable Use Policy applies to all portal and classroom activity. Mathav may rate-limit requests, require re-verification, watermark content, suspend suspicious sessions, or restrict an account while investigating misuse. Except where urgent protection is required, students will be given a reasonable opportunity to explain or appeal an enforcement decision.

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the portal available, but uninterrupted service cannot be promised. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, internet conditions, and events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary interruption. Where a material paid service cannot be restored within a reasonable time, the Refund Policy applies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mathav is responsible only for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by its failure to provide the contracted service, and not for examination outcomes or losses caused by misuse, shared credentials, unsupported devices, or third-party connectivity. These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, and disputes are subject to the competent consumer forum or court having lawful jurisdiction.

Material changes will be dated and, where they affect an active paid plan, communicated through an appropriate account or contact channel.
